Job Overview
- Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
- Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
- Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Monday (6-day workweek)

Job Responsibilities
- As an Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling) for Divinelane, your daily work will revolve around connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products.
- Consultative Telecalling
- Call and connect with inbound leads who have shown interest in gemstones or sacred wearables.
- Understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Customer Relationship Building
- Develop rapport with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
- Create trust by explaining the authenticity, benefits, and spiritual significance of products.
- Sales Conversion
- Convert potential inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge & Guidance
- Learn about various gemstones, their properties, and spiritual benefits.
- Explain product authenticity, quality assurance, and pricing justification.
- CRM & Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and orders in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- High-Value Conversations
- Handle premium customers and guide them through high-value purchases confidently.
Eligibility Criteria
- To excel in this role, you must have a strong blend of sales skills, product understanding, and customer empathy.
- Core Skills:
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Strong persuasive ability and negotiation skills
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to handle high-value transactions confidently
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, etc.)
- Personality Traits:
- Target-driven and ambitious

- Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales or Telecalling (mandatory)
- Team lead experience in sales is an added advantage
- Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (must be fluent)
- Equipment Requirement: Must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one
- Work Mode: Comfortable working in a 6-day office-based schedule with Monday off

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

- Willingness to travel extensively in the Eastern India region.
Salary
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹400,000 per annum (₹33,333/month approx.)
- Variable Incentives: Up to ₹400,000 per annum (Performance-based)
- Total Package: Up to ₹800,000 per annum
