  রাজ্যের অন্যতম প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মৌলানা আবুল কালাম আজাদ প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে সম্প্রতি প্রকাশ করা একটি বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে সমস্ত শিক্ষার্থীদের এবং প্রত্যেকটি কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো হয়েছে co4 পরীক্ষার মধ্যে যে পরিবর্তন নিয়ে আসা হচ্ছে অর্থাৎ এখন প্রত্যেকটি পরীক্ষার্থীকে কলেজে ফিজিক্যালি সশরীরে উপস্থিত হয়ে ক্যামেরার সামনে বসে পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে যদিও এখানে পরীক্ষার যে প্রশ্নপত্র সেটি multiple-choice অর্থাৎ mcq তৈরি করা হবে এমসিকিউ প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে কম্পিউটারের মধ্যে বসে

মৌলানা আবুল কালাম আজাদ প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমস্ত শিক্ষার্থীদের জানানো হচ্ছে খুব শীঘ্রই তোমাদের Assessment of CA 4 of Odd Semester 2022‐23 in central online system of University দিতে হবে কলেজের মধ্যে দিয়ে ফিজিক্যালি যেতে হবে এবং কলেজের ল্যাব এর মধ্যে অনলাইনে পরীক্ষা হবে কলেজের কম্পিউটারে বসেই পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে এবং সম্পূর্ণ পরীক্ষার পদ্ধতি রেকর্ড করা হবে সিসিটিভি মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজন পড়লে সেই সিসিটিভি রেকর্ডিং প্রত্যেকটি কলেজকে পাঠাতে হবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে গুগল ক্রোম ব্রাউজারের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষাটি নেওয়া হবে হাইস্পিড ইন্টারনেট সংযুক্ত করে কম্পিউটার গুলিতে এক্ষেত্রে এ বিষয়ে জানানো হয়েছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের পক্ষ থেকে প্রত্যেকটি কলেজকে যদি ল্যাবের মধ্যে কোন ধরনের সমস্যা হয় ক্লাবের কম্পিউটারের কনফিগারেশন এবং কর্মদক্ষতার ওপর সেক্ষেত্রে স্টুডেন্ট ল্যাপটপ থেকেও কলেজের ক্লাস রুমে বসিয়ে সিসিটিভির মধ্যে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে.

এই সম্পূর্ণ পরীক্ষাটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে 9 নভেম্বর থেকে 12 ই নভেম্বর এর মধ্যে নেওয়া হবে ।

এই অ্যাসেসমেন্ট পরীক্ষার মধ্যে  তোমাদেরকে 25 টি এক নম্বরের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে 40 মিনিট সময় তার জন্য ধার্য করা হয়েছে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ থেকে ।

Assessment of CA 4 of Odd Semester 2022‐23 in central online system of University

University has developed one central MCQ type examination portal for centralized assessment. The same would be used for the 4thcontinuous assessment of this semester. The process would be as per following.

1. The assessment will be based on 25 MCQs of 1 mark and duration of 40 minutes.

2. The assessment would be based on the full syllabus and multiple question banks developed

for this purpose would be used to generate question papers.

3. The assessment will be conducted at college laboratories where the computers are

connected with internet and the latest Chrome Browser. In case of exceptional cases, the

assessment could be taken in the class rooms using laptops.

4. The assessment would be conducted in a non‐proctored environment (in order to avoid

requirement of very high bandwidth) and teachers would be the invigilators during the

examinations.

5. The examinations should be conducted under CCTV coverage. The recording of which

should be preserved and may need to be submitted to the University on demand, in case of

reporting of malpractice.

6. There would be scope for the mapped teachers to download the attendance sheet for each

examinations and absentees to be marked in the examination portal. The physical attendance need to be uploaded in the university portal through mobile app/examination portal within 30 minutes from the completion of the examinations.

7. Examinations would be conducted during 9‐12 November 2022. A draft schedule is also made available to the colleges for verification.

8. There would be one mock session for each student, the schedule of which would be made available in due course of time.

One manual for the entire process would be made available for ease of the teachers and colleges. Helpline would also be available for support.

   This is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
