🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with 2 Years Full-Time MBA (HR/IR) / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR)
- OR a postgraduate degree/diploma (2 years) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
- Minimum 60% marks (First Class) in Post-Graduation
- Marks relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates
- Desirable: Degree in Law and professional HR certifications
🧑💼 Experience Requirement
- Officer HR (Grade II): Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
- Desirable: Experience in HR functions in a Manufacturing Organization
🎂 Age Limit (as on 07-01-2026)
- Officer HR (Grade II): Maximum 29 Years
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): Maximum 30 Years
- Age relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL)
- PwD: Additional 10 years (Minimum 40% disability)
💰 Salary Structure
- Officer HR (Grade II): ₹40,000 – ₹140,000
- Assistant Manager HR (Grade III): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- Variable DA (Currently 13.78%), PRP, HRA / Company Accommodation
- Provident Fund, Gratuity & other benefits as per company rules
