🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation from a government-recognized university or Institution
- Preferred: MBA (Banking / Finance / Marketing)
- Certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA are desirable
- Only Indian Citizens are eligible
- Candidates with adverse character or antecedent reports are not eligible
- Teaching and training experience will not be considered

- AVP Wealth (RM): 23 to 35 Years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20 to 35 Years
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules

CTC Upper Range ₹44.70 Lakhs
(Fixed ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0–25%)

AVP Wealth (RM):
CTC Upper Range ₹30.20 Lakhs
(Fixed ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0–25%)

Customer Relationship Executive:
CTC Upper Range ₹6.20 Lakhs
(Fixed ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0–25%)
- Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
