🎓 কারা এই পরীক্ষার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন?

Official Notice অনুযায়ী, Academic Session 2025–26-এর eligible outgoing Diploma students যারা Engineering & Technology অথবা MOPM-এর ছাত্রছাত্রী এবং 6th Semester-এ promoted হয়েছেন, কিন্তু তাদের 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th / 6th Semester-এর এক বা একাধিক theoretical back subject রয়েছে, তারা এই Special Supplementary Examination-এ অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।

অর্থাৎ, Final Semester পর্যন্ত পৌঁছেছেন কিন্তু আগের বা বর্তমান semester-এর theoretical paper clear হয়নি—এমন eligible outgoing students-দের জন্যই এই বিশেষ supplementary examination-এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।

🎯 Who is Eligible?

Eligible outgoing Diploma students of the Academic Session 2025–26 from Engineering & Technology / MOPM who have been promoted to the 6th Semester but still have theoretical back subjects in any semester from 1st to 6th Semester are eligible to apply for the Special Supplementary Examination to be held in September 2026.

💻 কীভাবে Online Form Fill Up করবেন?

Step 1: Council-এর official website-এ প্রবেশ করুন।

Step 2: Home Page-এর Important Notice/Links section থেকে “Click here to apply online for the Supplementary Examination (September 2026)” link-এ click করুন।

Step 3: নিজের Registration Number enter করুন।

Step 4: প্রয়োজনীয় জায়গায় নিজের Mobile Number এবং Email ID দিন।

Step 5: এরপর “Submit and Pay Fees” option-এ click করুন।

Step 6: Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI-এর মাধ্যমে Examination Fee payment করুন।

শেষ মুহূর্ত পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা না করে eligible students-দের আগে থেকেই form fill-up ও payment complete করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

✅ Payment করার পরে কী হবে?

Examination fee successfully payment হয়ে গেলে student-এর application details automatically তার respective Institute Portal-এ চলে যাবে। এরপর Institute Authority online-এ student-এর eligibility validate করবে।

⚠️ Payment “PENDING” দেখালে কী করবেন?

Online payment করার সময় transaction দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে “PENDING” দেখালে concerned student-কে payment transaction-এর complete details এবং transaction-এর screenshot সহ Council Helpdesk-এ immediately email করতে বলা হয়েছে।

🚨 Important Clarification Regarding Institute Validation Date

Official Notice-এর দ্বিতীয় পাতায় Institute Authority-এর online validation-এর last date হিসেবে “9th August, 2026 (Up to 11.30 PM)” লেখা রয়েছে।

তবে Notice-এর publication date 05 September 2026 হওয়ায় এই printed date-টি chronologicalভাবে অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ বলে মনে হচ্ছে।

তাই students ও Institute authorities-কে Council-এর official website-এর latest notice/update দেখে validation date verify করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এখানে কোনো date নিজের থেকে পরিবর্তন করা হয়নি।

🎫 e-Admit Card কবে পাওয়া যাবে?

Validated students-দের e-Admit Card issuance সংক্রান্ত notice Council পরবর্তী সময়ে প্রকাশ করবে। অর্থাৎ বর্তমান notice-এ e-Admit Card download-এর নির্দিষ্ট date জানানো হয়নি।

🇬🇧 Detailed English Summary

The West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development has issued guidelines for filling up the Online Application Form for the Special Supplementary Examination, September 2026.

The examination is intended for eligible outgoing Diploma students of Academic Session 2025–26 in Engineering & Technology / MOPM who have been promoted to the 6th Semester but still have theoretical back subjects in any semester from 1st to 6th.

Eligible candidates must complete the application through the Council's official web portal. Students need to use their Registration Number, provide a valid mobile number and email address, and proceed through the “Submit and Pay Fees” option.

The examination fee is ₹150 per semester. Payment can be made through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI.

The last date for online form submission and fee payment is 8 September 2026 up to 5:00 PM.

After successful payment, the application details will automatically be sent to the respective Institute Portal for online validation by the Institute authority.

If an online transaction remains in PENDING status for a prolonged period, students should email full transaction details along with a screenshot to helpdesk@webscte.co.in.

The Council has stated that a separate notice regarding issuance of the e-Admit Card for validated students will be published in due course.

🏫 সমস্যায় পড়লে কার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করবেন?

Form fill-up করতে কোনো সমস্যা হলে eligible Diploma students-দের নিজ নিজ Institute / HoD / Subject Teacher-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে Council-এর notice-এ পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

📋 Form Fill-up-এর আগে কী কী Ready রাখবেন?

✅ Diploma Registration Number

✅ Online Payment Facility – UPI / Card / Net Banking

✅ Payment Transaction Screenshot / Receipt নিরাপদে রাখুন

📣 Students-এর জন্য বিশেষ পরামর্শ

যাদের Diploma-তে theoretical back paper রয়েছে এবং এই Special Supplementary Examination-এর জন্য eligible, তারা deadline-এর আগেই application complete করুন।

Form submit করার আগে Registration Number, semester details, mobile number এবং email ID ভালোভাবে check করে নিন।

Payment successful হওয়ার পরে payment proof/receipt সংরক্ষণ করুন এবং Institute validation ও e-Admit Card সংক্রান্ত future notice-এর জন্য Council-এর official website নিয়মিত follow করুন।
